Pay details (optional)

PlayNow does not pay you — your club pays you directly, outside PlayNow. You can leave this blank and your account works exactly the same. Only fill it in if your club has asked you to keep it on file here. If you do, we keep the sort code and only the last four digits of the account number; the full number is never stored.
